My Belief in Counselling....

There are moments in life where you feel unable to find a way forward, you can lose sight of what is important to you.  At times your experiences can be emotionally and mentally overwhelming, trying to find resolution can feel impossible.

I believe counselling can be a place to explore and understand how you view, feel and engage with the world and people around you.  Counselling can be a place to explore experiences, relationships, your perceptions and emotions.

Counselling for me, is about giving yourself the time and space to find your way forward.  Developing self-awareness, challenging the thinking, letting go of what's holding you back and nurturing self-compassion.  I believe the process can be enlightening, empowering and freeing.
